Woburn MA Staging Project

This goal for this house was to show off its charm while making it feel as spacious as possible.

Along with wonderful details, older homes are notorious for their “cozy” rooms and lack of ample storage space.  Throw in a family with two young children, two busy parents, and a couple of pets, and the rooms are bound to fill up quickly.

The sellers refreshed their kitchen (the soft white and lemon walls offer a wider appeal than the peach), and took away the biggest space-eater, the baby corral.  Over all, the main ingredient for successfully staging this home was paring down and packing away as much as possible.

It was definitely a process- these changes did not happen overnight!
