We want to thank you for your time and expertise. We spent 4-6 weeks preparing and de-cluttering after your visit prior to contacting a realtor and placing the house on the market. The house went on the market February 16th and we were under contract 5 days later... Thank you for taking the time to make our home picture perfect.

Selling a house can be an anxiety-filled adventure for many people. As the list agent, hiring Beth to work with my clients on preparing the house for sale puts my mind at ease. Beth’s personality and knowledge of home staging are the perfect fit. She is patient, energetic, and always willing to go the extra mile.

I had many items around the house that I had always hoped to use someday, but was never sure how I could incorporate them into that space. Beth managed to take the things I liked the best and made sure they were a part of our family’s most-used space... I went from ‘tolerating’ my living room to truly loving it.

Thank you so much for putting our master bedroom together. It is finally a room that we feel comfortable and relaxed in. It is not just a pass through room anymore, it’s a destination! Everything looks wonderful, from the color you steered us towards to all the accessories that pull it all together. We are thrilled with our room… and we may never come out again!

Beth worked with me to find just the right colors for my kitchen, eating nook, and living room. Since the rooms are all open to one another, it was a challenge knowing exactly where to start and stop each color... She made sure that I understood the plan exactly, and that it was to my satisfaction. I absolutely love how it turned out!

Dear Beth, Thank you so much for the excellent job you did staging my house. You clearly have a keen eye for what a prospective buyer will see. I actually enjoyed seeing how you moved my furniture around. All your moves were to give the visitor entering the room a view of the best assets of that room. I, of course, had been thinking only of how the room would be used, not how it would be seen. Since I have recently looked at houses in San Francisco, where staging is "de rigueur", I can appreciate just how good you are. I especially enjoy the addition of flowers and fluffy white towels in the bathrooms - not something that I live with but definitely part of the San Francisco scene!

Dear Beth, I believe that your staging of my condo played a large role in achieving a sale in this terrible real estate market and I wanted to thank you for your efforts. When [my Realtor] Amy first suggested that I “stage” my Condo... I admit that I was skeptical. To me it sounded like it was merely a re-decoration of the property, and like all homeowners, I felt that my home decorating was just fine. However, as your plan for the staging unfolded, I understood that the concept was to remove my intangible presence from the property so that prospective buyers could visualize themselves living there; something that my intangible presence could block. Your approach, which hinted at the possibilities that potential buyers might make, left Buyers to see themselves, rather than me, in the space. As Amy said, you know something is going right when the potential buyers start talking about where their furniture could go.
